Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeadBnk Finance ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our banking services, website, and mobile applications.
By opening an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.
Banking Services
Account Opening
- You must be at least 18 years old to open an account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- We reserve the right to verify your identity and financial status
- Account approval is at our sole discretion
- Minimum deposit requirements apply based on account type
Account Maintenance
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized transactions
- Account statements are available monthly through our platform
- Dormant accounts may be subject to maintenance fees
Transaction Limits
- Daily and monthly transaction limits apply
- Large transactions may require additional verification
- International transfers are subject to regulatory requirements
- We reserve the right to decline suspicious transactions
Fees and Charges
Our fee structure is transparent and competitive:
Account Fees
- Monthly maintenance: $0-50
- Wire transfers: $25-50
- Currency exchange: 0.5-2%
- ATM withdrawals: $5-10
Investment Fees
- Management fee: 0.5-2% annually
- Trade commission: $0-20
- Custodial fee: 0.1% annually
- Performance fee: Subject to terms
Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadBnk Finance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
